Natural Conception Programme

A three month programme consisting of an initial consultation and treatment plus twelve weekly follow up sessions to prepare the body for pregnancy.

This programme aims to regulate the menstrual cycle, promote ovulation and natural conception. 

Fertility and IVF Programme

A three month programme consisting of initial consultation and treatment plus twelve weekly follow up sessions  in preparation or during fertility treatment.

Suitable for IVF, IUI or egg harvesting.

The sperm production process spans three months. This package includes initial consultation and treatment plus twelve weekly follow up sessions.

Acupuncture may improve sperm quality, count, morphology and motility.

PREGNANCY PACKAGES*

First Trimester + Programme

This pregnancy programme involves initial consultation plus twelve sessions. 

It is recommended to have weekly sessions during the first trimester to promote a healthy and viable pregnancy (for example, especially important if high risk, an IVF pregnancy, or there is a history of miscarriage).

Any remaining sessions may be used during the rest of the pregnancy.

Moxa to Turn Breech Baby Programme

9am-5pm, Mon-Fri £105 (includes take home moxa stick)

This Moxa for Breech Presentation programme involves one session during the third trimester from week 33 to encourage a breech or transverse baby to turn to a head down position in the womb.

We combine pregnancy acupuncture, and the use of Moxa, which is associated with a high success rate and is a natural alternative to an ECV. 

Pre-Birth Programme

Pre-birth acupuncture involves four weekly sessions including initial consultation and treatment from week 36-40  to prepare for childbirth.

Pre-birth acupuncture has positive effects on a woman’s emotional and physical wellbeing.

Research findings shows that pre-birth acupuncture reduces labour time, there is less likely to be medical intervention and an increase in the likelihood of a vaginal delivery.  

Labour Induction Programme

Natural induction acupuncture or reflexology is available for women who are overdue by at least three days, or for medical purposes required to give birth before their due date . It includes three sessions including initial consultation and treatment, usually over consecutive days.  It aims to soften and dilate the cervix and encourage the onset of uterine contractions.

Post-birth Recovery Programme

9am-5pm, Mon-Fri  £380

5pm-8pm, Mon-Fri  £420

Post-birth acupuncture involves  two sessions including initial consultation and treatment on a weekly basis ideally within the first 10 days after birth.

This can also be within a month after childbirth. Post-birth acupuncture is suitable after c-section or vaginal delivery to rebalance hormones, promote healing and recovery. It may include ‘Mother Warming’ technique.

Packages must be paid for in advance. Non-refundable. Non-exchangeable. Valid for six months from date of purchase. Packages apply to Blackheath and Canary wharf locations only.  Only one package per client.

The initial appointment includes a consultation and treatment. 

There is a strict 48 hour cancellation policy to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise the full charge is incurred. This applies to missed appointments.  There is no exception to this policy.

Payment is required in advance by BACS or cash.

Receipts can be provided upon request for insurance purposes.

The first session lasts 40 minutes and includes a consultation and introductory acupuncture or reflexology treatment.

Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes.

Acupuncture for pre and post embryo transfer lasts 30 minute appointments using the Paulus et al acupuncture protocol.

Our members are fully qualified, insured acupuncturists, reflexologists and nutritional therapists and registered members of the British Acupuncture Council.

Please arrive on time to ensure your receive your full treatment. We are unable to accommodate late arrivals to ensure our clinic runs on time.
